Staff Orange is looking for 6 Java Swing Developer for its implementation partner
Title : Java Swing Developer ( 6 Positions )
Duration : 6 months w/ possible extensions
Location : Maple Grove, MN
Rate : $65/Hr
Client : DRC (Data Recognition Corp)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and understand user requirements, design solutions for those requirements and write specifications,
- Design applications using Java (design, programming, implementation and unit testing),
- Participate in code reviews,
- Provide accurate estimates of assigned task effort for inclusion in project planning,
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software,
- Share knowledge and information on new technologies with the other team members,
- Work on any other related task whenever necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- College degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent industry experience,
- 5+ years of experience in Object Oriented analysis, design, development and integration of software products in a company recognized for software development capability,
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience programming in Java / J2EE,
- Previous relevant experience with Swing. Currently working with Swing highly desired
- Knowledge of design and analysis methodologies
