Job Purpose
The analyst will be a key participant in the system testing phase of the Kronos application upgrade project. Business partners include members of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) as well as members of the Payroll and Human Resources (HR) staffs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop/update requirement specifications related to application enhancements and/or upgrade.
- Authors and executes system tests related to application enhancements and/or upgrade
Additional Job Specific Requirements:
- Experience with Kronos time and attendance business application preferred
- Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic
- Ability to acquire new skills quickly, is enthusiastic, and thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Testing experience is preferred (test script development and execution
