Skills Required                                                                                                                                    
1.      5+ years experience
2.      Excellent communication skills.
3.      Broad and knowledge in different development areas, networking (TCP/IP), encryption, internet standards (HTTP, HTML, XML), C#, Java and C++ is desired.
4.      Be able to read and understand source code, identify bugs and possible solution.
5.      Working experience in integrating hardware devices from all aspect, security, reliability and operations
6.      Experience working with AJAX
7.      Knowledge of Tibco and Web sphere a plus
