Title : Lead Business System Analyst
Duration : 8+ months
Location : Houston, TX
Desired Skills:
The optimal candidate will be proficient in object modeling, use case analysis and use of UML notation or a similar methodology. The BSA will provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
The BSA is responsible for planning and conducting, in partnership with business clients, the analysis of complex business issues. Based on wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Provides leadership in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business clients’ requirements. Creates specifications for business systems to meet these business requirements. When system automation is identified, facilitates the translation of business requirements to system specifications and designs.
Requires an experienced professional who has supplemented basic professional knowledge and skills with substantial experience in business system, business process analysis as well as application and database development standards.
·  Must work with a results orientation and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
·  Must demonstrate an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of supported application technologies and be capable of implementing these technologies.
·   Must have project leadership experience.
Special Qualifications:
Requirements:
B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, B.B.A. in Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Experience with Agile development methodologies desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
5+ years of experience leading business process re-engineering efforts in complex environments.
5+ years of experience in B-B marketing
At least 2+ years of experience in marketing automation processes such as list management, campaign management, contact management and lead management
Extensive experience with the Eloqua marketing automation toolset and Salesforce.com (lead management) is highly desired
Knowledge of social media toolsets such as Radian 6 is desired
Experience in supporting Partner organizations is preferred.
Competent with Microsoft Office - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and SharePoint
